- Professional Degree in Architecture or Construction Management
- At least 5 years of as a Project Manager in an Architectural or MEP organization
- Demonstrated experience within K-12 and higher education construction projects
- Strong working knowledge of pre-design, pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology, team building, and client relationship building
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated, initiator; demonstrated through professional society involvements or related activities
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and to win work
