- Computer Savvy
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Experience making outbound calls to customers
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness, the ability to plan and manage their work in an efficient manner
- Experience with sales or customer service, call center, collector, recruiter, retail sales, or have experience from service industry such as bartender, wait staff, etc.
- Highly motivated
- Ability to make at least 50 calls per day
- Managerial courage to talk to landowners and develop leads
- Extensive experience cold calling or making outbound calls
- Great phone etiquette and communication skills
- Outgoing personality that has the ability to engage with landowners
- CRM software experience
- Tremendous earning potential
