The Construction Project Manager’s main responsibility is to manage a portfolio of 15-25 rebuild projects from initial contact with the customers all the way until the completion of the projects. (approx 50 hrs/week 7am-5pm)

Full Project Manager Job Description: 

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and oversee a wide variety of construction projects from beginning to end. 

You will be managing internal crews as well as hiring subcontractors, working with engineers and architects as needed, and keeping track of timelines, budgets, and inventory of equipment and materials. 

The Construction Project Manager we are looking for will have previous experience in construction management projects and be knowledgeable of regulations and permits required.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

● Onboarding new projects, meeting and communicating with customers

● Estimating your projects from your site visit, measurements, and photos

● Collaborating with engineers, architects, and construction personnel       

● Selecting subcontractors and delegating work 

● Managing and supervising 10-15 projects at a time on separate sites

● Collecting money from customers and insurance companies 

● Documenting progress with precision for office and insurance companies

● Problem-solving to address delays, emergencies or other issues 

● Comply with safety and building codes as well as legal requirements

● Reporting progress to clients, office, and insurance as needed 

● Explaining contract and technical matters in a clear manner 

● Preparing budgets, cost estimates, schedules and timelines 

Your first 2 months: 

● 4 weeks of on-the-job training program with our Project Managers and Owner.               

● After, you will be given a portfolio of projects to take over managing and supervising       

● Then you will responsible for onboarding new projects, managing existing projects, and closing projects as completed 

● Daily office hours are 7am-5pm but you will be on-call in the case of emergencies to report to job site 24/7
