Job Description:

  • Coordinate with project managers on client projects and related billings.
  • Responsible for the client billing processes within established billing and accounting deadlines.
  • Responsible for updates to project set-up to ensure proper budgeting and invoicing on each project.
  • Responsible for the preparation of reports and required documents.
  • Assist in collections of client invoices billed, and cash application of client payments.
  • Responsible for making sure that the office area is organized at all times.
  • Light lifting and carrying (less than 15 lbs.) to transport files and supplies.
  • The position may require protracted or irregular hours.  Flexibility to work irregular hours is necessary due to client needs. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Employees shall possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • High school or G.E.D. certification. Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Good oral and written communication skills to interact with clients and staff successfully.  
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word & Excel) with proficient keyboarding skills.
  • Ability to pass math assessments and perform analytics.
  • Ability to learn the accounting system and other software, while becoming a skilled user. Previous experience with accounting systems is preferred.
  • Good organizational skills to utilize the firm’s resources efficiently and effectively.

  • Ability to operate standard office equipment in a manner to produces quality documents.
  • Ability to produce reports in an accurate manner.
  • Must be responsible, dependable, and accurate.
  • Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
  • Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently.
  • Well-organized with good time management skills 
  • Works well with all levels of people and is a team player.
  • Works well without close supervision.
  • Ability to read and understand instructions, reports, etc.
  • Present a professional appearance.
  • Must pass a drug test prior to employment and will be subject to post-accident, random, and reasonable cause testing during employment.
  • Comply with all attendance requirements as noted in the most current editions of the Employee Handbook.
  • Possess a valid Texas driver’s license and meet the firm’s auto insurability requirements.
