Job Description:
- Coordinate with project managers on client projects and related billings.
- Responsible for the client billing processes within established billing and accounting deadlines.
- Responsible for updates to project set-up to ensure proper budgeting and invoicing on each project.
- Responsible for the preparation of reports and required documents.
- Assist in collections of client invoices billed, and cash application of client payments.
- Responsible for making sure that the office area is organized at all times.
- Light lifting and carrying (less than 15 lbs.) to transport files and supplies.
- The position may require protracted or irregular hours. Flexibility to work irregular hours is necessary due to client needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Employees shall possess the following minimum qualifications:
- High school or G.E.D. certification. Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Good oral and written communication skills to interact with clients and staff successfully.
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word & Excel) with proficient keyboarding skills.
- Ability to pass math assessments and perform analytics.
- Ability to learn the accounting system and other software, while becoming a skilled user. Previous experience with accounting systems is preferred.
- Good organizational skills to utilize the firm’s resources efficiently and effectively.

- Must pass a drug test prior to employment and will be subject to post-accident, random, and reasonable cause testing during employment.

- Possess a valid Texas driver’s license and meet the firm’s auto insurability requirements.
