Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing accounts, and ensuring their staffing needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our team of recruiters to ensure the best candidates are placed in our client’s positions.

Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to identify and qualify suitable candidates to fulfill clients’ staffing needs.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring that they receive excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that promote the company’s services to potential clients.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends to identify potential opportunities for business growth.
  • Ensure all data and records are accurately entered into our CRM software.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, trends, and practices to better serve clients.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the engineering and field support operations staffing and recruiting industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
