Business Development are the ambassadors of our brand. A Business Development employee scours the marketplace to generate new leads. They then cultivate these prospects into clients through meetings and discussions that explain our capabilities.  Additionally, a Business Developer must work to maintain our current client base. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Generate leads within our marketplace  

• Identify, creatively structure, negotiate, close, and manage deals that will grow our  business 

• Work closely with Project Managers and Operations Managers to ensure implementation of deals and the growth of existing partnerships. 

• Support the branding and marketing of the company  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills. • Strong personal initiative with proven ability to execute with little supervision and adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. 

• Build a strategic business plan, identifying target territories and verticals. • Work within industry market organizations to network within their respective vertical 

Education/Experience/Skill Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related health or social services field from an accredited college or university preferred. Minimum one-year previous sales and/or marketing experience. Will consider a new graduate with  Bachelor’s degree.
