Weekly. The first paycheck may take up to 2 weeks to process. One of our differentiators is that you are paid weekly and on time.

Your timecard will be sent to your on-site manager every Friday after you have completed your workweek. Your approved time card is due every Monday at 5:00 p.m. in order to be processed for payroll.

We believe in one point of contact for consultants. This allows you to build a relationship with one of our experienced recruiters. We won’t waste your time with fluff jobs or the wrong kind of job for your skills and experience. We want it to be easy for you to find the right assignment, achieve success, and prepare for the next role.

We are currently under a P.E.O. (Oasis), which allows us to offer great benefits options to our employees. We currently offer health, dental, vision, caregiver support, life insurance, disability plans, savings plans, and 401(k) plans.

Most of our client companies require drug/background checks. Once in our talent system, you will receive an email with instructions on what needs to be completed.

We place talent in multiple projects. We proactively review when an assignment or project is nearing completion from one of our client companies. We then prepare you to move to the next assignment or project.
